Of all the images I took in the Canadian Rockies, I may be most proud of this one, because it demonstrates the classical principle of patience being the most important aspect of nature photography. When the conditions look most grim, something magical is just around the corner.


So the next time you're caught in a downpour, just wait, wait, and wait, and you may be rewarded with an unforgettable moment/story/photo.
